Lottery outside the UK but I’m not

Hi,

 

when I go to the national lottery website it claims that I am outside the UK which I am not.

 

it then says to contact your ISP to get this resolved. So is this how I make contact? Or is there something I can do?

as I say I am sitting in England and have not been abroad since January so no idea why it's saying I am not in the UK

Try leaving turning your broadband hub off for an hour.

@Superclarkey15 I get the same on my iPad over a Sky connection if i try and connect to the lottery site with the option of limit IP Tracking set to on. Turn that off in the settings for the Sky wifi connection and magically I can connect.
