Lost internet connection only 2 green lights showing, have unplugged everything and plugged back in

I have only 2 green lights showing on my internet, I have tried unplugging everything and back in again & still no 3rd light showing. The one wire going in for internet is showing green one side and Amber the other side & everything is plugged into the wall correct where internet/phone  line is

@HayleyS5 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
