I rejoined your broadband yesterday. Within 24 hours the wifi connection to my Sky Q box has been lost. When I reconnect it lasts for about 5 mins. This means I can't access Netflix or Sky Sports, which I pay for but can't use with your rubbish service. I'm very angry about this. The hub is about 6 feet away from the Sky Q box and yet on 24 hours... I have problems already. I want this fixed and fixed properly.

Are you trying to connect a main Q box or a Q mini? Do you havectge new white Sky hub or a black hub?
