Lost connection to TV. Restarted followed all instruction still not connecting . Frozen looking for

Still no connection having restarted several times. Now when I go to settings and Network connection it just has the Searching picture but the working circle is not moving and the whole system is frozen, it will not respond to anything I try

@Howdee135 is this a Sky Glass TV or some other set? Are other devices connecting to the internet properly?
