Lost WiFi and broadband connection

Since yesterday my broadband/ wifi don't work. I have tried everything.

@Solomon9 Have a look on the checker and also about the hub and lights.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

Same here..I've tried all the fixes but nothing works ironically everything drops while I'm trouble shooting on the sky app and sky can't run the checker programs! It's dropped about 20 times today..been getting worse over the last week. The phone number not working either 😔 any other ideas?

@SuzieQ78 Sky's lines should be open now. If your connection is down the online tests will fail as they require the hub to answer it would help if the error message was a bit more helpful. The main usefulthing the service checker can tell you is if Sky ae aware of a fault affecting your line as thst saves you a call as the area fault will be being fixed and even if you call them they wont be able to give you anything useful like the time that work will take.
