Loss of telephone connection

Had a router update today, and since then I have lost all my telephone connectivity, land line & mobile. nothing else to say

Cellular communications aren't related to broadband.

 

If the broadband product arriving at your address has changed then the 'landline' probably needs to be plugged into the rear of the Sky Hub, and any internal extension sockets won't work any more.
