Loss of signal
My WiFi has stopped working and the fibre box is showing red under LOS. I can't connect any devices to it

@Robyn29 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Robyn29 With a red LOS your Fibre to the Exchange has no light, run the service checker to see if Sky are aware off any issues in your area, this is not an Instant and reported so the software may not pick up on it yet!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
