We have tried diagnostic checks which come back okay, and the WiFi light is on on our router, but we are still not receiving internet to our devices.

@GCos From your picture, i see you have a landline connected, do you hear the dial tone when you pick up the reciever. If so, you possible could have a bad filter as one option, but you also do not have the internet led on the hub showing green so there is no connection from the router - filter - line -sky.
If line is down, remove filter and plug phone direct into the socket on the wall, and listen for dial tone.
