Loss of connection
Why does my router keep loosing Internet connection? It has done it once or twice a day normally. Tonight it's been 5 times in last hour. I've tried speaking to sky, but can't seem to reach a human being. Seriously considering a change of provider 😒

Re: Loss of connection
@DodgeDave Loss of service overnight is often down to network maintenance work which is unavoidable and affects every isp to some extent. No isp can promise 24//7 connectivity which is why maintenace is done overnight.
However if tge issues continue during tge morning and the online connection test does not indicate a known fault in your area call Sky and report it. Lines open from 7am to 10pm
