Loss of connection in ME1 area

Broadband is out of connection since 5:00AM this morning. Called to the sky customer service, but they say its an issue with @openreach and might take upto 4 days to be fixed.

@Nuzha_fa it is quite unlikely Openreach have given an estimate so the Sky agent is just trying to manage expectations but depending on the issue it can take days and rare occasions weeks..
