Loss of Internet

My Internet went down quite a few times throughout the night. If it wS a maintenance thing, why wasn't i informed before this? My son was gaming and completely lost his place in game which then threw him out

Is it working now?

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There is no pre-warning of this happening. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
