For the last few days I've been losing connection to broadband multiple times a day. I can remedy it by rebooting either the modem or my own personal router. I've swapped the router but to no avail other than the initial reconnection. Is there anyway to get an engineer to come check or any known faults with the system?

I would like to add that I use my own wifi routers as those are currently the only ones that give me enough range in the house, but since it's a mesh router setup I swapped one for another and this hasn't prevented me from dropping connection.
