@Brammerh1 if other devices are connecting oroperly it will be signal level which with Firesticks is a common issue when they are behind a TV and oluggged directly into a HDMI port. You can buy a dhort HDMI extender cable so the srick id no longer shielded by the metal in the TV which blocks the signal.
Not exactly clear why your set up worked with BT but doesn't with Sky but positioning of the router could be a factor or tge BT hub had better aerials as both hubs have the same output power.
