Los is red light on the open reach box any ideas what issue is

Today was meant to go live with sky as they done a new package deal as moved house been waiting since Thursday last week well today's come and the light for Los on open reach box is just constantly red other lights all green even green on the sky hub.

Tried calling sky before 9pm but was net with department is closed open 8am to 9pm

Any ideas what issue is or how to fix it please

Red LOS light is not something you can fix at your end.  There are a few things it could be, including a cable break, but they are all Openreach jobs.  You’ll need to phone it in in the morning.

In fact, just for future reference:

PON light:

Steady green...normal.

Flashing green....most likely connected but not authenticated, an account problem or serial number mismatch.  (NB Could also be a range of other problems).

Red....no logical connection i.e. fibre is lit but no sync.

LOS light:

Loss of physical connection, unlit/broken fibre.  Power cut at the other end?
