We keep losing wifi connection. The hub is situated downstairs where the connection seems to be fine but as soon as we go upstairs it drops off or doesn't even connect. Even our ring doorbell loses connection.

@Maureen25 I have the exact same problem. The hub is situated downstairs where the connection is fine upstairs it drops off or doesn't even connect. No connection with Ring doorbell for a few days now. I've checked if there are connection problems in my area (Essex) but all good according to Sky. Frustrating.

Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these. Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
