Fibre broadband was installed by Openreach in my home earlier this year.
The cable outside my front door has come loose from all of the staples and is now a hazard. This cable is lying loose across my front step and I have to be so careful not to trip over it,especially in the darkness.
Apparently,I must in the first instance,contact my service provider to rectify the fault but Sky is adamant it is nothing to do with them. They have refused to open a complaint as the resolution would be "go back to Openreach".
Can anyone assist please?
