Login details for myrouter.io

I want to change the network band on my laptop but cant see a way to do it. I've been directed to logging in to myrouter.io but what login credentials do I use? My normal account login doesn't work.

go to: 192.168.0.1 in a browser to get to the router control panel

The user name is: admin

The password is your initial wifi password  (shown on the back of the router) - this will not change for accessing the control panel, even if you change your wifi password.

Under Wifi you can change the SSID and password for each frequency band 2.4, 5 and 6 Ghz
