good morning im wondering if anyone can help me before I have to call sky.
im trying to log into my router to change the password for the Wi-Fi and to split the 2g and 5g (needed for our
security cameras)
I've tried all sky has recommended but having no luck. I've tried admin and password sky and then admin and my Wi-Fi password but it's not working please help

Heres how to change your wifi password

Then to seperate 2.4 and 5ghz
- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly

Type 192.168.01 into the address bar (not the search bar) of a browser (preferrably chrome)
Click on wifi and enter
Username admin
Password sky or wifi password

Try resetting the hub by holding down the reset button on the back of the hub for 20 seconds to reset the hub to factory settings and try again
If that doesn't work try a device connected via ethernet to the hub

All done thank you all. Was trying in my iPhone and it wasn't allowing me to log in!! Used my hubbys andriod and it worked straight away

That makes sense: there's a known incompatibility between Safari on iThings and the administration pages on a Sky Hub which Sky seem to find it impossible to resolve.
