Log in to Sky broadband router

Hi. I have been connected to Sky Broadband yesterday and have been trying to log into the router (192.168.0.1). I've tried using admin and sky and the pig in details but apparently they are incorrect. Tried the WiFi log in details and no good. Any ideas anyone, any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks

@Hroff   Tr resetting your hub.

How you reset your hub depends on which hub you have.

Reset a Sky Hub, Sky Q or Sky Broadband Hub (your hub’s black)

1. Hold Reset on the back of your hub for about 30 seconds or until the lights on the front blink.
2. Wait for the power, wifi and internet lights to go green again.
3. After your hub has reset and the lights have gone back to normal, switch it off and on again at the mains. It’s to make sure you can still make and receive calls.

Good to know: This will reset all your hub's setting including your WiFi password, so if you've changed it from its default you'll need to change it again.

Great. I'll try that. Haven't changed any setting yet. Only went live yesterday. Thank again. I'll let you know how I get on.

What device & browser are you using?

Credentials should be as follows;

Username: admin

Password: the default WiFi password printed on the sticker on your hub

@Hroff Are ou typeing the password as shown using both lower & upper case as per the characters showing on the Sky hub

I'm in at last. Think I was using the incorrect log in details. I had seen somewhere log in as admin and sky as the log in details. You were spot on with admin and the WiFi password.

@Hroff that was why you were asked which hub you have you were using the details the older hubs use Sky added a bit more security to the SR203.
