If you only ordered it on Saturday there is normally a minimum 10 working day run it time.
If you can't do phone calls due to health or medical reasons it could be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning

I ordered the broadband Sat. and hope it will arrive tomorrow.
However in the confirmation email it stated it will only go live Friday July 5th and in a later text message it switched to Monday the 8th.
Is there any way to get it to work sooner? I need it ASAP.

Unfortunately even if all the cable infrastructure is already in place to deliver the data circuit and they shipped a router immediately, no Openreach ISP can provide broadband service on anything like that timescale because as @Daniel0210 indicates Openreach has a substantial lead time built into their workflow. Activation on July 8th for an order placed June 29th would actually be rather ahead of their target time.
