We can't check anything. If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. What makes you think it wouldn't be active?

If your broadband subscription wasn't active, you'd have no broadband at all.  'WiFi' is broadband being rebroadcast from a router.
