Which Hub model have you upgraded to?
Unlike all previous models, the white Max Hub is administered through the My Sky app rather than the IP address of the hardware.

It's typically not possible to change the 'user name' (which is always Admin) : the SSID (wireless network name) and its password can be changed, as can the Admin password.
