Hi there in the thunderstorms we had the other day we had lightning strike our overhead wires outside our house which sent a power surge which has broken our sky box, this happened to us about 5 months ago and you sent out another box to us, would you be able to send a new one again please

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
You will have to call Sky to arrange a replacement box. For it to happen twice suggests something is wrong somewhere.
