Hi, I recently took out a wiFi max contract (13th 2024) hoping to improve my coverage. It is a bit better but not dramatically so.
Like so many, I didn't read the full terms and conditions and the contract on my entire bundle - tv, phone and broadband has been reset to 24 months, whereas before it would have ended in 2025.
I'm still in the cooling off period and have been told by Sky that I can cancel the broadband and phone element without penalty if done by 14th October 2024
My question is, should I try and find a new provider and let them handle the transfer or should I cancel the Sky broadband contract myself (to make sure there really is no penalty!)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ValerieJ1959 you need to talk to Sky and say you are rejecting the Sky WiFi Max element and ask thst your contract be put baxk to the position before you bought the add-on. Getting you switched by 14Th October is going to be tight.
