Find out more@1a it is not clear exactly what your issue is but unless you have moved your Sky Broadband service from your old address to your new one it wont work. You will have to call in to get this sorted at the moment. Sky's home movecteam should becable to help,from 8am.

They unfortunately cancelled my broadband service and upgrades automatically and they telling me like we can't fix in ur location
