Last 1 month on word my wifi was not connected and I'm getting wifi bills

Last month I have changed to new room I have contacted sky team unfortunately they did not helped on this occasion and they will charged amount 35.55 pound monthly bill but unfortunately I'm getting 28.5 bill last 3 months before please help me on this and still they are not connected any wifi box in home

@1a it is not clear exactly what your issue is but unless you have moved your Sky Broadband service from your old address to your new one it wont work. You will have to call in to get this sorted at the moment. Sky's home movecteam should becable to help,from 8am.

They unfortunately cancelled my broadband service and upgrades automatically and they telling me like we can't fix in ur location
