Landline diverting calls to BT block and lots of interference
I amtrying to sort out why my Mums landline is so bad. There is a lot of interference and now all calls are being screened by BT and the caller gets a message the number is blocked.
BT say call Sky and so far Sky have not been very helpful
Is anyone else having issues

@Simone3107 Are you at your mothers home, what happens if you try to dial from a mobile to your mothers number!

Re: Landline diverting calls to BT block and lots of interference
Hi
I am ringing from my mobile number to my mums landline, so far all my family are having the same issue.
Unfortunately I am not at my mums at the moment
Thank you

Re: Landline diverting calls to BT block and lots of interference
@Simone3107 Issue's do happen from time to time with sky landline and software no matter what type off system or connection it is on, and there is times to get it sorted it has to be a call to sky, to do so you will have to be at your mum's home, rhere is no other way to sort this out, unless by magic it all just start's to work again.
If there is a noisy faulty telephone line, then that is not going to fix itself and may take an engineer visit to sort....
