I got Sky broadband on a package 18 months ago and the contract ended I went from paying £28 pm to £46 pm and it says it's charging me for a landline aswell as broadband. I never asked for a landline as I don't and have never had a house phone and I didn't know I was paying for it!
Do you need a landline for sky broadband? I've seen post saying you get it included in your broad band price but I'd just like to clear this up.
Also I couldn't get through to an agent only method is phone call and unable to do that at the moment and the AI assistant is rubbish

What broadband package are you on .
A seperate line charge is a thing of the past unless you are on a legacy product.
If you have a pay as you talk tariff and don't make calls there is no charge whatsoever
