Lack of connection

Really unhappy with internet. Was great before but it's getting worse. Upgraded and no improvement please can this be rectified

@James504 Getting worse since when? before or after the upgrade, or both at the same time? Does sky have a history to this issue?

Not great before but recently getting really bad buffering, lack of connection on sky glass

@James504 Sky glass and what sky Hub are you using? Also TV wired to the hub or wi-fi connected!

@James504 Sky Glass is a streaming TV with all the options in it, Wi-Fi connection will NEVER be as good as an Ethernet Network connected device EVER!

They will probably tell you it's your fault sky are embarrassingly dreadful when it comes to fixing problems and taking accountability
