LOS red light and need to connect to SKY to log but its a maze of where to do this!!

I have had a LOS red light problem since yesterday, followed all the various rabbit holes of advice and now know that its an external issue with the Fibre, but trying to call sky pre 8am is a non starter they said we can log on the service dept as per voice recording.....even the chat bot doesn't know where that information is. Any help out there before I start to lose the will to type further!!!??

@Rayland2024 even if you could report the fault nothing is going to happen overnight as the fault needs to be logged with Openreach who only deal with domestic faults during working hours. Openreach have a SLA of two full working day from report for fixing faults on domestic lines.*

If you run the full connection test in the My Sky app - ignore the intial result you msy see click to run the test again - that will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if they are not give them a call once the lines open.

* Ofcom report Openreach meet this target 85% of the time and pay compensation in the balance see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
