Hi all
Had my LG ThinQ washer a while now and had no problems connecting it to the previous Sky router. I now have one of the bigger white hubs used for the Ultrafast BB but have lost access to the washer.
I have mobility issues so that was the reason I got this washer.
In the LG app it's saying it needs only 2.4
GHZ wifi. I know the hub automatically switches, but had the previous one split into 2 SSIDs. Is there any way I can get the washer to connect?
When I scan for Wifi connections, it's only picking up my printer.

@jamesn123 have tried that but the washer still thinks it's on the network and "hasn't been used since May."
Is there any way of booting a device off the network without having to unplug it? It's under the worktop 😫
