LG TV random wifi disconnection, makes the wifi quite pointless

Good evening,

We have the new sky max hub and 500mb package.

All devices such as my Mac and Iphone and working with it superbly getting great speeds and reliabilty 

However our LG TV model (43UH620V) keeps disconnecting or being disconnected sometimes this restores itself but usually we have to unplug the TV for a full reset it will then keep wokring again for a unkown amount of time.

We have also been unable to update or install apps at times although they and the TV software are now fully up to date I connected to my personal hotspot.

We did not have any of these issues with our Vodafone wifi which was also fibre. I storngly suspect the hub is blocking the TV for some reason

@FlyingJack Is the TV wired or wireless connected, if one have you tried the other to see if same issue?

It is connected wirelessly we are rarely had even buffering with our vodfone system but this is full disconnection.

I dont have an ethernet cable long enough to test a wired connection sadly but also this wouldnt be a long term soltion to us 

The router is about 4m away in the hallway with the TV in the living room not wall mounted so i dont think its a signal issue previous older router was also in the same place

@FlyingJack The  main problem will be the spec of the Wi-Fi 6 Sky Max router, good with all the new upto date wpa3 mode devices, but not so good with all the older like your TV. If you have the Max subscription addon would be worth seeing if you could get a booster pod and add it near the TV to bolster the Wi-Fi signal. No two routers are the same that is for sure.
