Hello

Iv just got my broadband connected 2 weeks ago however I have had poor internet connection since then

the LAN signal on the ONT keeps going off at intervals hence I keep loosing internet connection

Anyone able to help with this ?

Are both sides of the ethernet cable between your ONT & Hub connected properly? Are you using a Sky supplied cable or your own?

Do any lights change on your hub?

figured out I needed to change the Ethernet cable , it was faulty.
