Keeps cutting out and freezing

We have had issues ever since we signed up for stream however it is getting worse the WiFi keeps cutting in and out so phones all loose connection as for watching tv we have that wired and last night gave up trying to watch it as it keeps freezing all been since we upgraded to WiFi Max (white hub)

Since upgrading to the Sky WiFi Max (white hub), your Wi-Fi is constantly cutting out on phones and your wired TV keeps freezing, indicating a significant and frustrating problem affecting both wireless and wired connections. This strongly suggests a potentially faulty new hub, widespread interference, or a network stability issue. You should immediately power cycle all devices, explicitly disable Wi-Fi on your Sky Stream puck to ensure it uses only the wired connection, and check for any local outages.
