Keep losing connection orange lights are lighting up .12 times yesterday and 6 times so far today t

Orange lights keep lighting up 6 times so far today.possibly a faulty router because it does this all day every day.my daughter works from home and says it does this all day then reconnect s after a minute or so .

Hi @Hannah201097 

This mainly a customer to customer based forum so you are not talking to Sky. Also its a forum not a live chat so you wont get replies within minutes.

 

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app to see if lets you book an engineer?
