Keep losing WiFi on my sky box and other devices

most mornings and evening we lose sky services on apps on sky and can't watch them only satellite, our WiFi is not working as intended since we got a upgrade to full fiber and issues keep happening, can someone please look as when I test it all says it's fine but it's clearly not, maybe router is old now or something ?

sick of contacting sky it's a joke I'm looking at other providers since there not giving what they promise in there contract

@Jordanlamb assuming the Sky hub is remaining connected (the lights on it don't change) the issue is likely to be poor WiFi. You mention satellite TV and switch to fibre. There is a common issue where Sky Q customers find their WiFi gets worse when upgrading to fibrecand getting a white Sky hub. Could thst apply in your case?
