Keep losing Broadband signal

My Broadband keeps dropping and reconnecting. The standard tests indicate there is a problem and my speeds are very low (24bps). I suspect my original router, nearly 9 years old is faulty. How do I get through to Sky to ask for a replacement router/hub?

Good Morning to Jamesn123 - Just a short note to say thanks very much for esclating my earlier post to Sky. As you know they made contact and after a lengthy dialogue via the chat system, they have agreed to send me a new router which should be arriving later this morning.  Your help in getting to the right people is very much appreciated.
