Just upgraded from sky broadband to sky Fibre 100. Can I disconnect my sky satellite dish now?

I have been receiving Sky Q Television and broadband through a satellite dish for many years.

Now I have upgraded to Sky Fibre 100 ... can I now disconnect my satellite dish and relevant cable to Sky Q box please?

In addition ... the engineer placed my Openreach broadband wall socket just a couple of inches from where I would prefer it.

Can I move it myself ...  and if so how do I get the plastic faceplate off?       Have managed to partially un-clip it all around ... any secret as to what to do next please?

No, not unless you also move to Sky Glass or Sky Stream television hardware.  Sky Q is a satellite television system no matter how fast the broadband connection, and requires a satellite dish feed cable.
