Just upgraded Broadband

Hi

 

I have just upgraded from a 35mb package to a 61MB package, Will the new speeds happen automatically or will someone need to come round to do work? If its automatic how long will it take to recieve the new speed?

Sorry i dont know how to edit posts, we have been charged already for it and it didnt say if someone would need to come round to do anything

I have been tryng to get on that page for the last 2 hours, its just constantly loading aka its not working

Those are both FTTC speeds, so no installer attendance should be necessary.

 

Have you rebooted the Hub by removing and replacing the power supply?

Yes I did try that but nothing seems to have changed im still stuck on 35mb

What does it say in my orders in your my sky app

 

@TimmyBGood i thought isps reserved slots for slower vdsl speed  therefore would an engineer not need to visit the cabinet to switch to a full speed slot
