Just switched . Really poor connection

IV just had an engineer, updated phone socket and still really poor. I can't do anything online. My sky stream constantly buffers. Have went through multiple set up guides. Also I can't find the router settings via the sky app as they say, my router dose not show up. Any help plz? I have max hub router

Hi, I have hard reset the router via the WPS button ( normal power off dosent reset) and work great now
