Just swapped to Sky - websites think I'm a bot?

Hi all, 

I just swapped to Sky on the 6th. Since then I've had trouble getting onto a couple of websites - I basically keep getting security blocked because they think I'm a bot. I know it's the WiFi causing it because I've tried on multiple browsers (desktop and mobile), and things work fine when I swap to 5G on mobile instead. 

Also, when trying to get into the admin hub, "admin" for username and the PIN listed on the router doesn't work. Any thoughts?

@rdsim3 Why are you trying to use the pin, that is for not getting to the hub, see the tips above on how to connect!

You may wish to also logon to your account and see what your default is set to on the Broadband Shield setting's adjust as required.

If you login details are not admin and Sky then they should admin and your Wi-Fi password.

Didn't know that wasn't what the PIN was for - just presumed. Got into my account and edited the Sky Shield. Hopefully I can go buy my shoes now... Lol

Status update: still banned from Adidas. F

@rdsim3 As you may not be aware, the shield adjustment may not be instant, can be a few hours and 24-48hrs is the advised, but try and see all you can do!
