I spoke to an agent on the 19/11/24 to set up sky broadband and the box has not been delivered it's due to be activated on the 3/12/24 I'm trying to set up an account with the details I have from my bank card yet it says it can't identify my address which I don't understand. Is this common issue or should I phone to see if the agent has mistaken the address?
