Just ordered new broadband

Hi all,

We have just booked broadband installation for the day after we move into our new property,

However, as the hub is delivered approx three days before, I need this to be sent to my current property as I won't be in the new place at this time 

How can I change the delivery address of my router to my current address??

The hub will only be sent to the address that broadband has been ordered at.

Depends upon how it is sent, if there is consignment number with the royal mail you can have it delivered to your nearest post office for collection.

Do I need to wait for it to be shipped in that case to obtain a cosignment number?
