Just installed the new router and Sky Max Pod

Just installed the new router and Sky Max Pod. The router is definitely working but whilst the Max Pod seems to be running (no light visible) the WiFi signal nearby is extremely weak

Re: Just installed the new router and Sky Max Pod

I have an engineer coming next week, and in the meantime, I have reinstated the old router and booster (as I work from home and a good internet connection is vital).

I did a little more testing before reverting to the old router; the issue seemed to be that everything was connecting just to the router - no connection to the Sky Max pod, although whether this was because there was no signal from it or some connection issue I cannot say. I did use the Broadband checker, which showed the router as working but the Sky Max Pod appeared as "Non-Sky Signal Booster", indicating that the router was unable to properly recognise the Sky Max Pod, much less interrogate it.
