Just having terrible problems loading things on phone and iPad soon as I turn wifi off it loads so

as soon as I turn off WiFi and 4g kicks on it's gone switch wifi back on doesn't load

@Angie95 Take a look first on your account, see what your Broadband Shield in your Products is set at!

Well I haven't changed anything and it was fine a week ago but been dreadful all week kids are now complaint Wi-Fi is dreadful so the shield shouldn't make a difference as whatever was set before was fine but it's not now ?
