Just had an engineer out fixing dish, he recommended sky boosters

Asked engineer to check our internet speed/signal. It's only 27. He says we need sky boosters, how do I sort this?

See the maintenance tab along the top.  Click it and sign in with

 

Username     admin

Password      sky or wifi password on the back of the router

 

At the bottom of maintenance click show statistics and post that

I'm getting an error code '401' --unauthorised, when I attempt to log in

What browser are you using . Best using a chrome browser and if possible a device ethernet to the hub

 

Also the tv engineer definately said 27Mbps to the hub or 27% satellite signal to the sky tv box

 

Which sky tv box do you have ie sky q etc
