Just had ONT filtered and PON light is red
Just looking for some help I've had the ONT fittered this morning when the engineer fittered it the PON light was green he's only been gone 1hr now my WiFi has gone off and the PON light is red

@Robyn2601 Varefully check thst the green plug on the pigtail cable is properly connected into the bottom of the new ONT. if it is it sounds like the weld the engineer made in the external connection box between the incoming fibre and the fibre pigtail may have failed.
Call Sky report tge fault and they will get an engineer back to sort the issue.
