Just got a new sky router and tried to connect to wifi but password not working

juat got a new routor sent to me and plug it in on the date on the box that it came in, mamage to connect the sky glass via WPS but i have tried to connect to the wifi but the password is not working that was sent with the routor.

I have went through all the proceess what sky have said to do (press the reset bottom , also disconected from the mains ) but this will still not pick up the password for the routor.

Can anyone help please as i ahve not internet at all but have the sky glasss on so i know that the routor is working fine.

Make sure you are entering the wifi password correctly as it is easy to get the letter O muddled with a zero 0 and a number 1 with a letter l.
