Just did service checker and says all fine but my broadband router is saying different showing red l

Service checker says all fine but thr red light is on my router and tried turning off and resetting but can't get Internet in the house

Are your running the checker via mobile data

 

If you are the after running it for the first time continue on by clicking the test my wifi in the blue box
