Just bought Asus DSL_AX82U

Just bought DSL_AX82U and cannot get it to connect to broadband tried everything and just will not connect can anyone help please,

Tried talking to ASUS and they game me some reading but nothing helps talked to sky and he not a clue what he talking about.. ASUS said I need a user password and display name.
