Can you please post a screenshot/picture of what you've been sent as this doesnt sound right at all. All Sky's packages are unlimited usage.

Re: Just been emailed telling mr that there is 12g cap on usage of my broadband. This is not accepta
As @cookiemonsteruk indicates above, that's probably a caveat specifically (and only) related to a particular legacy broadband product which doesn't exist any more, rather than the one you've actually ordered.
If you could snapshot all the text of the email, that would be helpful.

Be useful if we could see all the text and not just half of it 😊

Hi, thanks for the contact. I have spoken to Sky, and they have advised that they do not understand. why I have been advised of this, and they cannot find the email. They advised I will definitely receive the correct speed when it is activated; if not, I can cancel then. There are no further relevant facts in the rest of the email. Thanks for the interest.

Indeed: supposing, for example, the text preceding the word 'ordered' is " if you have " then there's a whole different meaning to " as you have "

Why I suspected a phishing email is because the content follows what normally is stated within them, and you said Sky couldn't find that it had been sent..
